It's a magic thing which carries a very big weight. It represents great times of great living a very new experiences. It's like it has magical powers over some people. The respect it brings over some elder people is amazing. Nowadays it's more common to find people who have something like it but I still don't believe exactelly that I've reach it.
They all carry the same weight but this is not just any paper like some have. It's from one of the oldest institutions, it has a silver seal and it's written in Latin...
